We want you to be delighted with your fabric, but sometimes things go wrong. If your fabrics are faulty or damaged, please email us with details on [email protected] to arrange a return and full refund

We understand that choosing the perfect fabric can be a bit tricky sometimes, that's why we highly recommend ordering a few of our affordable fabric samples before committing to a full order - it's a great way to be sure you'll absolutely love your final choice.

Equally, if you are not delighted with your fabric for any reason, we are happy to provide a full refund once we have received your returned fabric.

Please contact us in any case on [email protected] before returning anything and we can advise how best to proceed.

Please note – Fabrics which are woven from natural fibres have characteristics and other irregularities in the yarns which are features and not therefore treated as weaving faults.
